The portfolio spans two levels: K-12 schools, covering the full school-age cycle from Kindergarten through Grade 12, and universities. Each is planned around the operator who will run it and the students it is built to serve, so the campus is built to the standard the operator actually needs rather than a generic template. The portfolio responds to established demand for institutional education across Egypt. ## Healthcare Healthcare is among the most demanding sectors a developer can build in. The margin for error is small, the technical and regulatory requirements are exacting, and the asset has to keep working, every day, for the people and communities who depend on it. Within this sector, one model Midyan applies is continuity between training and treatment: when a hospital sits alongside the university that trains its staff, theory and practice reinforce each other instead of running on separate timelines. Mediterranean University in Alexandria is the proof point for this model, with its medical cluster and university hospital planned as part of the same campus system.
