Midyan Developments creates assets with the intention of retaining ownership. This establishes direct alignment between the decisions made during development and the asset’s performance throughout its operational life. It influences every decision from the outset, including location, design, partner selection, delivery standards, and operational readiness.
Our role
Midyan leads the full development process. We identify the opportunity, secure and structure the land, translate operator requirements into the development brief, coordinate design and approvals, appoint and manage consultants and contractors, oversee delivery, and retain ownership for the long term. One accountable system governs every stage. Midyan’s technical standards are well established and independently recognised, and each one is tailored to the operator running the asset rather than applied as a fixed template.
How we work
Every development begins with a defined need and clear operational requirements. Midyan combines market knowledge with selected local and international expertise, aligning architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and operators within a structured delivery framework. Decisions are guided by functionality, compliance, sustainability, and performance over time.
Quality assurance
Quality assurance is integrated throughout the development process, from brief definition and design review through procurement, construction oversight, testing, and handover. Each asset is assessed against defined technical, safety, operational, and durability requirements, with clear accountability and documentation at every stage.
